What do I do if there is shipping damage?

  1. Don't sign the Delivery Receipt if you notice the shipping damage.
  2. If you do sign it, sign it with a mention of the damage.
  3. What you do may determine how helpful the shipping companies will be.
  4. Contact your distributor or L&L Kilns immediately. DELAYS IN REPORTING CAN DISQUALIFY A DAMAGE CLAIM.
